Louis Anthony Vigliotti
PE, MSCE, MLCE, CGC, CFC, CMC
FOUNDER & PROFESSIONAL ENGINEERAnthony earned both his bachelor’s and master’s degrees in civil engineering from the University of North Florida. His career includes land development and architectural engineering work, wastewater engineering with the Florida Department of Environmental Protection, and federal project management with the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers in Jacksonville and Omaha.
In 2015, Anthony returned to his hometown of Ormond Beach, where he expanded his professional and construction licensure, operated Lou’s Plumbing, and founded LAV Engineering, PLLC.
Outside the office, Anthony enjoys spending time with his wife and son, cooking, fishing, surfing, and traveling—especially to destinations with great food, waves, or fishing.
Roy Kushner, AIA
ARCHITECTRoy is an accomplished architect with experience in residential, commercial, and institutional projects. He combines creative planning with technical expertise to design functional, visually compelling spaces that address client goals and regulatory requirements.
His approach emphasizes efficiency, sustainability, timeless design, and close collaboration. By working alongside clients, engineers, and contractors, Roy helps transform architectural concepts into thoughtful, practical, and enduring spaces.
