Louis Anthony Vigliotti
PE, MSCE, MLCE, CGC, CFC, CMC
FOUNDER & PROFESSIONAL ENGINEERAnthony earned both his bachelor’s and master’s degrees in civil engineering from the University of North Florida. His career includes land development and architectural engineering work, wastewater engineering with the Florida Department of Environmental Protection, and federal project management with the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers in Jacksonville and Omaha.
In 2015, Anthony returned to his hometown of Ormond Beach, where he expanded his professional and construction licensure, operated Lou’s Plumbing, and founded LAV Engineering, PLLC.
Outside the office, Anthony enjoys spending time with his wife and son, cooking, fishing, surfing, and traveling—especially to destinations with great food, waves, or fishing.
Roy Kushner, AIA
ARCHITECTRoy is an accomplished architect with experience in residential, commercial, and institutional projects. He combines creative planning with technical expertise to design functional, visually compelling spaces that address client goals and regulatory requirements.
His approach emphasizes efficiency, sustainability, timeless design, and close collaboration. By working alongside clients, engineers, and contractors, Roy helps transform architectural concepts into thoughtful, practical, and enduring spaces.
PROFESSIONAL ENGINEERJosé M. Rivera Rodríguez
José “Martin” Rivera Rodríguez is a seasoned Professional Engineer with more than 19 years of experience. He earned his bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from the University of Puerto Rico at Mayagüez and brings extensive expertise in project management, estimating, inspection, and quality control across federal, commercial, and private construction projects. His well-rounded technical background includes MEP systems, structural elements, documentation, and building-code compliance. Outside of work, Martin enjoys spending time with his family, cooking international and authentic Puerto Rican cuisine, traveling, fishing, and off-grid camping.

Pamela is an indispensable member of LAV Engineering, serving as Executive Assistant to Louis Anthony Vigliotti, PE, and as the firm's Office Manager. She plays a vital role in keeping daily operations organized and efficient, managing schedules, project documentation, contracts, compliance records, and communication among engineers, clients, and vendors. Known for her exceptional research abilities, resourcefulness, and unwavering attention to detail, Pamela excels at finding solutions, anticipating needs, and keeping projects on course. Her professionalism, adaptability, and dedication ensure outstanding support for both clients and staff, contributing to the firm's continued success.
PROJECT MANAGERKayla M. Trickel
Kayla M. Trickel serves as Project Manager at LAV Engineering, coordinating projects, schedules, and communication among clients, contractors, consultants, and internal teams. With experience in project management, business operations, sales leadership, and client relations, she brings a people-focused and organized approach to every project. Known for her responsiveness, adaptability, and problem-solving skills, Kayla is committed to creating efficient workflows and positive experiences for clients and staff. Outside the office, she enjoys traveling, practicing yoga, reading, caring for her plants, and spending time with family, friends, and her dog.
